Autumn View is an Adult Day Care facility of planned program of activities designed to promote well being through social and health related services. We strive to achieve primary objectives such as focusing on enriching the participants' lives through building interpersonal skills, patient/family education, physical capabilities, and improving strengths. Our cost effective program allows for individuals autonomy and enhancement of quality of life.
